Keep it interesting. There is no reason to do the same workout every day. At The Workroom, we will continually vary the workouts to make sure you are having fun, learning new things, and most importantly, challenging you every day. Each workout of the day will include one or more of the following types of training. AND... every workout is adaptable to every fitness level. Plus, the small group training atmosphere allows you the personal attention and coaching that will get you the results you want.
HIIT - high intensity interval training
HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training. In a nutshell - intensity equals results. By harnessing the energy of the group and pushing through the thresholds that many of us avoid when working out at home, you will accomplish a new level of strength and fitness you never thought possible. Working through short periods of high intensity movement, alternating with periods of moderate/low intensity recovery. Decrease body fat and increase muscle mass in a fun, safe, energizing atmosphere.
Every HIIT class is different - challenging your mind and body to continually adapt and thereby continually forge change.



cross training -
Get off your ass and WORK FOR IT. Challenging your body and mind to go farther, faster, harder, heavier... addressing every aspect of physical skills and overall functional fitness: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, and balance. Encompassing all the aspects of fitness and not focusing solely on a single domain, we will change the way you look, feel, and live life.

power yoga
Not your ordinary yoga . This session is designed specifically to make you sweat, command your attention, and demand your commitment. Building on the foundations of traditional yoga movements, we will build lean muscle, boost your metabolism and increase flexibilty. All necessary requirements for everyday life!


plyometrics
Plyometrics exercises incorporate power, speed, and force into one awesome workout that will get you off the ground, and strengthening your muscles, joint, and bones. Plyo combines the benefits of cardiovascular and strength training by activating your entire body in quick, explosive, movements.
